Installation & Service Information
Installation
- Installation starts at $149
- Final cost may vary depending on your location, equipment, and setup needs
- We’ll review all costs with you before installation
Billing & Payments
- Billing runs from the 1st to the last day of each month
- Invoices are sent at the beginning of the month
- Payment is due within 20 days
Changes to Your Service
- Requests for cancellation or vacation suspension must be made before the 1st of the month
- A $50 fee may apply if changes are requested late
Service Calls
- On-site service visits are subject to a $125 callout fee
- Includes up to one hour of regular labour
- Additional work may result in extra charges (we’ll confirm before proceeding)
