How Tridon Communications is Responding to COVID-19

To Our Valued Customers and Partners,

While we all face the daily challenge of adapting to the COVID-19 outbreak and what it means for everyday life, know that Tridon Communications remains committed to supporting your operation. You will continue to receive industry-leading customer service and communication support throughout this pandemic and long after its resolution.

I understand how valuable stability and consistency are during a time of crisis, and my aim is to provide it. Tridon’s teams in Edmonton, Athabasca, Calgary, and Fort McMurray are fully committed to ensuring your wired and wireless telecommunication needs are met and exceeded.

The health and safety of my team and Tridon’s customers are equally important. That’s why I have instructed staff to take additional precautions:

  • All out-of-country business travel has been suspended, and employees recently returning from abroad have been requested to self-isolate for 14 days.
  • Whenever possible, Tridon staff will work remotely so as to limit large gatherings and mitigate the risk of community-acquired infection, COVID-19 or otherwise.
  • Whether working remotely or in-office, all employees have been advised of and are strongly encouraged to practice proper, thorough, handwashing techniques.
  • Accommodations can and will be made, at customers’ request, regarding the delivery or return of equipment and visits to project sites.

The leadership team and I are monitoring the developing situation and our response will adapt as new information warrants. What remains, however, is my focus on fulfilling your communications system needs, 24/7.

If you have questions about the precautions Tridon is taking or how we will continue to support you through this crisis, I encourage you to call me directly at 780-436-5566 or email: connect@tridon.com.

Sincerely,

Tridon Communications
